Assisted Preparation
Fees, scope, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms will be stated with your preparation quote before payment or work begins. Submitting a request does not authorize a charge.
Payment Support
Stripe handles payment details. We do not collect or store card or bank payment credentials. If a confirmed payment does not unlock your document, email office@mypaystub.net with your order reference rather than paying again. Payment and refund requests are reviewed against the transaction and delivery status.
